We do not build delivery costs into the prices of our goods, the price you pay online is the price you would pay in our store.
Unfortunately deliveries are not free so we do have to charge to send items out. We have selected a few companies to make our deliveries to obtain the best value and service. The service we use will depend up on the items ordered. We will endeavour to be as clear as possible on price and delivery times but if you would like any clarification or have any requests please contact us.
Large items (typically furniture) will be delivered on a pallet or drop-shipped by a manufacturer. In the case of a pallet delivery you will be left with a pallet to dispose of (you may ask the delivery driver if they would be able to take the pallet with them, but they are under no obligation to do so).
If the packaging for your order appears to be in a damaged state, or there is a noise from items shifting within the package on arrival please check the contents for damage before signing for the delivery.
To keep the costs of deliveries down and for environmental concerns we will use and recycle suitable packaging wherever possible.
